When you contact us, book equipment or submit a form (on this website or through a Google Ads lead form) we collect the details you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, event date, location and equipment requirements. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store card numbers.

We use your information only to reply to your enquiry, prepare quotes, deliver and collect equipment, process payments and provide customer support. We do not sell your personal information.

This website uses the Google tag to measure advertising performance, for example when a visitor clicks to call, email or message us on WhatsApp after clicking an ad. Google may use cookies for this. You can manage ad personalisation at adssettings.google.com.

We share information only with service providers needed to run the business (such as payment processing, email and messaging) or where required by law.

We keep enquiry and booking records for as long as needed for the purposes above and for our legal and accounting obligations.
