DJ Equipment Rental in Guanacaste
Guanacaste is home base for Speaker Hire Costa Rica: our equipment is kept in Playa Grande, on the province's Pacific coast. From here we rent DJ equipment and speakers for weddings at resorts and private estates, corporate retreats, hotel events, festivals and house parties from the Papagayo area down the coast. We rent equipment only and do not provide DJs.
Events we equip in Guanacaste
- Weddings: an XDJ-RX3 (USD 300/night) for your DJ, two ZLX15 speakers (USD 75/night each) for the reception and a ZLX12 (USD 50/night) for speeches or a ceremony area.
- Hotel and corporate events: powered Electro-Voice speakers handle presentations and background music, with a controller or XDJ-RX3 for the evening.
- Festivals and professional DJs: CDJ-2000 NXS2 players (USD 450/night) and the QLC 18-inch subwoofer (USD 75/night).
- House parties: a DDJ-FLX6 (USD 150/night) and a pair of ZLX speakers.
Delivery across Guanacaste
Delivery is priced by distance from Playa Grande, so beaches and towns nearby such as Tamarindo, Flamingo, Conchal and Avellanas are usually the shortest trips. We also deliver further afield, including Nosara, and anywhere else in Costa Rica. Send your venue and dates and we confirm the fee before you book, or collect from us in Playa Grande.
Dry season and green season
Guanacaste's dry season is peak time for weddings and parties, so book early for popular dates. In the green season, plan a covered area for the DJ table and speakers: our gear must be kept away from rain, water and sand.
