DJ Equipment Rental in Tamarindo
Tamarindo is one of the busiest beach towns in Guanacaste, and a lot of its celebrations happen in private villas, rental houses and condos rather than in clubs. Birthdays, bachelor and bachelorette weekends, family reunions and New Year's Eve parties all tend to need the same thing: reliable DJ gear and speakers that can be delivered to the door. Speaker Hire Costa Rica rents that equipment. We do not provide DJs, so the music is yours or your DJ's; we supply, deliver and collect the gear.
Typical Tamarindo setups
- Villa or pool party: Pioneer DDJ-FLX6 (USD 150/night) with two Electro-Voice ZLX12 speakers (USD 50/night each). Easy for anyone who plays on Serato.
- Bigger house party or terrace event: XDJ-RX3 (USD 300/night), two ZLX15 tops (USD 75/night each) and the QLC 18-inch subwoofer (USD 75/night).
- Guest DJ who wants club gear: CDJ-2000 NXS2 (USD 450/night). Send us the rider and we confirm what we can supply.
Delivery to Tamarindo
Our base is in Playa Grande, which is close to Tamarindo, and delivery is priced by distance from Playa Grande. Send us the address of your villa or venue, your dates and the equipment you want, and we confirm the delivery fee before you book. Setup and breakdown are available for an additional fee.
Tips for villa parties
Many rental houses and condo complexes have their own rules on volume and finishing times, so check with your host before the event. Outdoor terraces near the beach get sand and spray: keep speakers on a hard surface under cover and away from the pool edge. Ask us before running anything on a generator.
